Happy Healthy Staff is headed by Penni Lamprey, who has a long history in both business and the health and wellbeing industries. Qualifying in commercial cookery in 1997, Penni went on to own and manage a number of successful hospitality establishments. Graduating from UNSW in 2010 with a Graduate Certificate in Management, this cemented the practical experience in business with the theory. Her passion for food and business led to the creation of A Method of Cookery, a food & wellbeing consultancy that focuses on a calm rational approach to food. Penni wholeheartedly believes it starts with food and a well-nourished body wants to move and thinks with clarity.
To further not only her own health& wellbeing, but also to extend the tool box for her clients’ use, Penni continued to add to her qualifications and is an internationally recognised Lifestyle, Food & Wellness Coach. Penni revels in providing dietary advice, applying the principals of physical activity, food psychology, motivational theories, childhood nutrition and level 1 & 2 wellness coaching.
Most recently, Penni completed Active Living Program through the University of Tasmania
